The company

Founded in 1989 with the intention to merge University scientific research and Engineering practical resources for offering sophisticated industrial automation products to the market.

From the beginning TEMA started a cooperation with the University in Zagreb/Croatia, Automation department on the Electric engineering faculty. From 1995 the team was strengthen by cooperation with “Marine Institute (BI)” in Zagreb/Croatia.

From 1997 the international marketing approach has been forced by cooperation agreement with “Schlenker Entr” Chicago/USA – a long experience company in permanent magnet motor drives. From 1999 TEMA established additionally intensive cooperation with University in Padua/Italy the Laboratory for electric drives (EdLAB) introducing more research and development force in the present activity.

Furthermore TEMA established the joint venture company in China with “Jiali Electric Equipment Co” production facilities for synchronous rotating machines, and in Padua/Italy acquired the electronic and automation company Fortec .

A team of scientists and engineers continuously improve the high efficiently electronically commutating permanent magnets motors and generators with associate control systems.
